I have been meaning to write this letter for a long time to tell you about an incredible woman within your group.

It was almost 6 months ago now that we had to sell our house. We had done our best to make it look good to maximize our return on sale but lacked the creativity and inspiration needed. Knowing that this was Penny’s forte we asked her to come and help us out.

The results were incredible! The house went from tired, cluttered chaos to elegant, streamlined beauty. Penny did such an amazing job with our house that the very first couple who came to see the house fell in love with it and bought it at top value even before it was officially on the market.

The place that we were moving into was a disaster area- the previous tenants had trashed it and it was smelly, depressing and disgusting. Penny came in and transformed it into a clean slate, the kind of place we could feel comfortable in and make our own. She was also very practical, taking into account that we have young children and pets with little details like carpet that wouldn’t show up dirt or spills. She arranged everything you could possibly think of from tree removal to cleaning cupboards to putting in sparkly new taps.
